Over the past two years all of our costs for feed, cardboard, cups, lids, insurance, labor have increased which led to our previous price increase in June 2022. On top of the increased costs of materials, our supply of feed ingredients has also been affected during the past year. Several of our feed providers have been adding pesticides to their products, which is causing issues with our production. Because of these challenges, I am making the decision to completely restructure the business over the next few months.

During restructuring, supply will be affected, but it is imperative to restructure at this time in order to resolve issues with increase costs, staffing, marketing, equipment and finding a consistent supply of feed ingredients to continue production.
